Only got 2 stars because of great location. Staff was friendly when you could find them. Saw no dock hands, only friendly lady (Joan) in the office. Showers and bathrooms are TOTALLY inadequate and consistently dirty. Laundry almost non-existent. Very expensive. Chicago bills itself as a world-class city. This marina is NOT!
