Topher, the dockmaster, was super friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat, right near all the happenings. The nearby restaurant/bar at the dock end was a bit loud, but it was actually pretty fun to listen to the band and the crowd sing along from the boat. I don't recall what time they stopped, but it was not an annoyance.
