The manager was outstanding, she came around to make sure everything was good after we arrive. The marina is located in a complex with the Hyatt Place L.I. and as a transient you have the use of 2 pools, and restaurants on the premises, and access to the town is convenient. The River Walk Park is pleasant and has a number of restaurants overlooking the park.
My wife is particular about the restrooms at marinas we stay at and she thought these were clean and well taken care of.
The two items I was disappointed with were the conditions of the transient docks, old wooden ones were shoes were a necessity, and one of the staff. The young man who "assisted" us in docking was really no help and never said hello and we were there for four days.
We have stayed at a number of marinas and the dock hands are really the first people you come in contact with and can help set the tone of the visit, and unfortunately did not occur at T.C.M..
Having said that I would go back and stay as we really enjoyed the marina and location.
