The Village of Baddeck is a scenic, authentic village on the shores of Bras d'Or Lake, known for its role as the gateway to to the Cabot Trail and its rich connection to Alexander Graham Bell’s legacy. The picturesque and well-protected Baddeck harbour has been a destination for cruising yachts from all over the world and local boaters for generations.
Our amenities include 30-Amp, 50-Amp, 100-Amp power, water hookup, public washrooms, and a shower. The wharf is conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of Baddeck, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a vibrant summer community filled with music, activities, and everything you need for provisioning and supplies. Adjacent to the wharf, are the Bras d’Or Yacht Club and a full-service marina with a 70-ton travel lift, fuel dock and pump-out facilities.
Docks in excellent condition. Good supermarket in walking distance. Recommendable boat chandlery Baddeck Marine 5 minutes walking.
What a great place to tie up in Baddeck. Denise was super responsive to work with in the booking process and Bill was helpful on the floating dock. We will return for sure!
Hello all. We enjoyed our time here with great people, good entertainment and good food. The dock as awesome with great access to the downtown. It is a touch of a walk to the gym where there is access to washrooms. You need a fob to get in at night, which we didn’t get. There needs to be better care of the washrooms as it is shared with the gym and needed some TLC. Only one shower that we could see, so could be busy in the summer. Otherwise great stop.
