Moon River Marine

Every time I stop in here I am surprised by the improvements. It's a breath of fresh air to see owners who care about their customer's experience and that are clearly dedicated to making it the best it can be.

Great Place! Staff are cheerful and helpful! There was a lovely staff member who was able to show us on the map various walking trails and sightseeing stops for us to check out while we were here. The store has great selection, and they even offered to bring in my favorite wine!! Will definitely be going back.

The launch is great, the staff are nice, my only issue is the the woman (manager?, owner?) that is always working the counter. I have been using this marina for the last 3 seasons and consistently she is miserable, rude and has no patience with anyone especially children. She will follow even the youngest of children around the candy area watching them like a hawk, and if they ask her how much a chocolate bar is, she treats them like it's the biggest inconvenience ever. She treats her staff like scum and patrons not much better. A person like her should be working in the back room, out of any customer's view. Because of this, I am never to return and will use another marina, even if it is a farther boat ride to my destination.
