Very secure during a blow. The finger piers are a bit short and tidal range around 3ft. Pilings on both sides to you can web lines all you need. Great Casino Shuttle tram to get around. Check out the Maritime Museum and O'Keefe museums. Most stores within easy bike/scooter run.
