Absolute minimum assistance from teenage staff when running aground on approach to marina. 'Not my job' was the response to my wonder why the shoal was not marked or that a warning was not given when I made the reservation (indicating that I have 10' draft. The only help they offered over the phone was to cancel my reservation!!!
