Report Review
I reserved for 2 nights for my Pontoon. On the 1st night after coming back in we noticed that a big sail boat was in our spot and the guy told us that someone was in his original spot so the dock person rented MY spot out to him but we still managed to squeeze our pontoon in there and let the guy stay and use the power box. On the 2nd day, we decided to pull our boat out the water but noticed we still got charged for 2 days for a renal space. I also heard other people complaining about the same issue. It's very unorganized. They contacted me about this and apologized and said they would refund me for both nights. Which they did.
I do understand how busy and crazy it was on memorial weekend and everyone was still so friendly so I still give a 4 🌟.
