Staff, docks, and fueling was great. 4 star instead of 5 was do to the unsecured bathrooms clean most of the time but on occasion disgusting toilet, the parking adjacent to the docking was tight but there was options near by. The boat launching and boat trailer facility has been taken over by the party boats and clients, it is almost not usable for the reason it was built - to safely launch boats and park your vehicle and trailer. Party boat clients parked in the boat trailer parking areas filling all spots designated.
