No response to reservation request.
Update: Marina called within 1 hour of 1 star review, but chose to let dockwa reservation request expire after 6 days of no response. Seemed upset they didn't know how Dockwa worked and blamed me for not calling the marina? Dockwa reservation requests expire after 6 days of no action, as did mine. It's not my job to train marina staff on dockwa, nor will I call the marina if you are using an online booking service when there are other more responsive options nearby. (Belmont harbor provided a slip assignment in less than 20 min of dockwa request once I saw Montrose harbor reservation request had expired). Yes the reservation was for August, but it's also A&W Show weekend so who knows when it's going to book up. I raised the review from 1 to 3 stars as I appreciate the phone call, but your customer service style is confusing to say the least and a week too late.
