Located in the heart of Islamorada, the Marina at Three Waters Resort is a full-service marina perfect for boaters. Our all-new resort, set on 15 oceanfront acres, features the deepest channel in the Middle Keys and offers crystal-clear waters and sunny skies year-round. Enjoy convenient fuel service, stock up on supplies at Abel’s Tackle Box & General Goods, and dine at one of our nine culinary destinations, including the iconic Tiki Bar. Whether you're here for a night or a longer stay, our seaside resort delivers an exceptional Keys experience.
This was a stop on our way to Key West. We have stayed here 3-4 times, and really enjoy it. The boardwalk right behind where the boats are docked, have furniture and it is such a pleasure to enjoy the view. Also, since Marriott has acquired the facility, all the restaurants, and facilities have been improved.
Excelente lugar muy cómodo para pasarlo en familia
Cory, the harbor master was fantastic. Took great care of us will definitely be back. Facilities great all, personnel very accommodating.
Great facility and staff
Very nice clean place to visit
This time we stayed at Slip 914 with our Sea Ray 48 “Five Oceans II” from April 7th to 11th. Once again, huge thanks to the whole marina team — super professional and incredibly friendly. It’s always a pleasure being there. We’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks for everything, and keep up the awesome work! Cheers, Horacio & Marina Rosito
Staff and facilities were great.
wonderful renovation. Multiple food options. Dockmaster was able to contact a mechanic for me who was excellent and reasonable.
Nice place, awesome quite marina. Great gas prices. Over a dollar less, per gallon then key largo. Highly recommend
This is a fantastic stop in Islamorada. It's now part of Marriott, and marina guests have use of the entire resort. There are three pools, a private beach, paddle boards, and bikes. We enjoyed our three-day visit and will return.
Corey and Phil at the marina are top notch representatives of the property and would be of any marina. A 5 star experience was had by our entire family. Including the dog.
This was one of the better stops we've had on our mini-loop. The resort is still nearing completion (by Marriott), but the marina was ready to go, as were most of the restaurants. The marina itself had calm waters (despite being on the "outside" of the Keys, friendly neighbors, and the shower / bathroom facilities were far above average. (The showers are a bit of a walk, though). Dock staff is good, and though we're not a fan of fixed docks, the piers & fingers were in great shape, because they're close to new. There's a relaxing & scenic seating area facing south right by the tie-ups. The restaurants aren't anything to write home about, but they're not bad by any means, and there are shuttles - both water & land - provided by the hotel when you want to get off-property. All in all, this rates high on our list. We'll be back
Nice spot to stay eat and explore
The marina actually responds on vhf 16, unlike other marinas. I asked for dockhand assistance and the dockhand was standing at my slip when we came into the marina. He helped us get tied us efficiently, he asked if he could help us with getting our shore power connected, I asked about a hose to wash down the boat, something the marina doesn’t normally provide but he found a way to say yes and appeared with a hose that we returned when we were finished. The marina has been nicely renovated to make the transient fees charged very fair. Gas is easy to get and fairly priced. Overall an excellent example of a marina properly operated. I will be back without question.
Great place!!! Be back soon!
Nice people. Clean facilities
Great spot and service. Tiki bar - home to the original rum runner
Great marina. New facility. Poor communications with the dock master office
Marina is always pleasant and well maintained.
Wonderful place! Super clean and very nice people.
We will definitely return.
Cory the dock master and the whole staff are wonderful.
Really nice renovation and dock is very nice. Staff helpful and Dockmaster attentive and made us very comfortable.
Love the Marina at Three Waters. (Miss the name , Postcard though :-)) Marina staff is excellent. Tiki bar, Little Limon, Mercado Merado, all have such a cool vibe. only one and a half complaints. (One). the music choice for the tiki bar and dock area sucks! sorry! and (half) Would love to see some laundry facilities on site. we will absolutely be back. Gem of a place.
The staff is friendly and helpful!
I want to leave a bad review so this location does not become popular and over run. But I can't. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location. easy access to the bay or Atlantic. We already booked another stay in May.
Beautiful place. The Marina is run to perfection. The grounds are beautiful and lots to do
This is one of the most amazing resorts I've been at in a long time I highly recommend you include this destination in your next itinerary. Special thanks to the Melany, Tyler and Phil the best team of any Marina.
Hands down the best marina in the Keys. Great staff, easy fuel dock, solid power grid, wi fi, and a resort second to none. With incredible Tiki Bar, live music, restaurants, and significant amenities. Food is awesome as well. Highest marks from a seasoned boater.
Stopped in to the holiday isle tiki bar. Lots of changes and nice renovations. The crew in the marina are best Ive encountered so far overall!!!
We stayed between Christmas and NY of 2020. The Good: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We hailed on approach and were guided to our slip and helped with lines and power connection. The dockmasters were all very friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay. The marina and surrounding resort are clean, well maintained, and really one of the most beautiful that we've seen. Restaurants and bars onsite are nice, with good (not great) food. We really enjoyed the beach and pool areas. The Bad: We would 100% never stay here on a Friday or Saturday night again. Resort management seems intent on creating a "party" atmosphere on the weekends that just isn't out style. Overly loud DJ's at the pool and really BAD live music at the bar next to the marina really reduced our enjoyment of the place on those days. Each morning people would evacuate the beautiful pool area when the DJ started. I LOVE live music, but these guys were terrible (imagine braying donkeys, or fighting cats). Summary: We'll definitely be back, just not on a night where they have live "music".
So hard to rate. Three stars but if you want to party this is a great spot. Bar and Fire pit right outside docks. Docks are terrible, hard to get on and off and OLD! The NEW hang out and fire pits right off the marina are very Nice! With two kids this place was fun for a night or two. There is a nice pool, Bars and "Theater of the sea" (Great for kids) is walking distance away. The dock Master is awesome and very friendly he let us stay an extra hour so we could go to "theater of the sea". You can get gas and many people party on the sand bar right outside the marina. There is also a very interesting bar a short walk down the beach that has Tree house like tables. At night time on a weekend there is a lot of NOISE! you dock next to a bar. The only draw back, How can I say this... is the Clients. OVer the years we noticed this place seams to attract some ghetto people and a few low-lifes, BUT it's not too bad. We feel safe there and normally keep to ourselves anyway. Three stars but THIS PLACE IS WORTH A STOP BY FOR THE NIGHT AT LEAST. Better docks in more quiet area would make it a four star. Gas Bathrooms/Showers (Dirty and small but they have them) Internet and game room Food store close by Burger Place right there. Beach bar
