Upon arrival, no one answered the radio until we got to the basin. We knew the marina was under construction but they didn’t adjust the website to indicate the pump out wasn’t working. The store manager handed me a card to call a mobile pumpout service- never offered to call, make arrangements or pay for the service. I called right in front of him and made them arrangements myself. I asked them to reimburse us for the cost- they removed one of the $55 resort amenity charges.
Customer service has significant opportunities.
Super buggy - covered in mosquitos and noseeums while on property.
The upside is the resort is beautiful, dog friendly and the food in the restaurants was amazing.
