Several staff members were observed to be sitting around doing nothing every time we entered the front office. When questions were asked, the inexperienced staff had no answers. Police the parking lot situation! Do not let people park there trailers like morons so that nobody can get out! I had to back my boat, trailer, and truck over one curb, across Scranton Avenue, over another curb and into someone’s front lawn all while scratching the canvas of my t-top through the trees!
…and all of that cost me $1,000.
If I could give this review zero stars I would have.
Find another marina!
