GREAT SERVICE ACROSS THE DOCKS!!

The service team and staff at Walstrom's are top notch.

Very nice place, really friendly and helpful dock crew, good facilities, loved being able to use the GEM car to get around town. Only downside was that we appeared to be the only transient boat in the marina, so it was pretty quiet and desolate at night (especially since we were way out at the far end).

Excellent!! Service was superb! A shout out to Val and her team. She or she and others were always there to help us get on or off the dock, get an adapter for power, etc. Use of the electric car was so nice to get around town and see the sites. A big thanks to John from the fuel dock who helped fix the key from the electric car! Great Expectations will definitely be back to Walstrom's Harbor Springs!!

Amazing experience. Great staff (love Val) nice facilities, beautiful town. Enjoyed touring it in your little electric vehicle. Very fun! Will be back.

Very nice facility very nice bathrooms and cool warehouse type lounge. Dock hands are very skilled and professional which can not be understated. Definitely worth a stop.

This year I asked for a bubbler, it made the slip so much cleaner. Boat cleaners were exceptional.

Great location very clean nice marina. We were able to take an electric cart into town which was very convenient.

Wonderful place to stay. Only concern was that the female bathroom only has one stall as the other was being repaired over several days. Free laundry services is a plus.

Our favorite marina! Welcoming people, free laundry, an ecar for our use, grass on the dock for the dogs, and a dog beach nearby! Also close enough to easily walk to town.

Had engine trouble after the Chicago to Mackinac Island race and needed an exter night to complete repairs. The Walstrom crew was very accommodating and the service department very helpful.

Joel the habormaster did a fantastic job accommodating us in a slip which enabled my sailboat to be held on the dock off the wind for our two day stay and providing me extra manuvablability upon our departure. The facilities are great...very clean bathrooms and large boaters lounge..even a Gem cart for use to go grocery shopping and out to dinner We will return next year!

We contemplated staying at the city marina but decided to stay here instead. Wow were we impressed with this marina. From the dock hands to the dock master we experienced nothing but professionalism. Very accommodating! They even have an electric gem car to use if you don't want to walk the two blocks into town. An added bonus is a full service department in case you need some repairs. We will be back.

Staff very helpful. Concerns about a reservation were put to rest by the Harbor Master, he was so helpful we decided to not even try to get into the municipal marina,though it would have been cheaper. People around our slip very friendly and welcoming. Walstrom had free BBQ,free laundry, free coffee in the show room,free electric car to use,bikes can be stored inside. The bathrooms are a bit dated but clean. Boat repair and town all in walking distance,or take the car.
