The utilities all worked, docks were in decent shape. It's convenient to town. The only reason we didn't give it a higher rating was due to the boat traffic wakes and the fact that we were unable to contact anyone during arrival for docking assistance or confirmation of location. We did have emails but final confirmation is always nice as well.
