Huge mooring field with ample space between balls. Naturally, there are lobster pots in the mooring field. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a concern that all their mooring lines are connected under the balls (not on top) so inspection of the line is…challenging. They said the moorings are inspected annually and have never had a problem. They very graciously sent a skiff with two staff to turn the ball over to inspect the part of the mooring line we couldn’t see. That was very nice of them. They were also very helpful and pleasant at the pumpout dock (which is complimentary with your stay). We were in the SE outer corner of the mooring field and it was very well protected from the strong S and SE winds because of the nearby point of land. I was surprised that there was relatively little boat traffic and most boaters were considerately leaving little wake.
