I agree with Jpowers but, Docks are ageing, channel is narrow with lots of boat traffic and a Lot of Partying and Noise on weekends. Many strange people walking around so Keep your stuff locked up!
The good - is there is gas and full service marinas close by. You can walk to any store you would need. Pool is very nice. There is a Breakfast and Hotel! And Candi is a great dock master!
