Nice protected marina. We were docked near the end of A dock which was tight getting a 38 SV in and out but the slips are wide which helps. The ferry boats were not disturbing at all. Staff was certainly friendly. The club house with laundy and showers was clean. Has two tables with 4 seats each, a microwave, and AC. No tv but nice elevated views. Everything is within walking distance but temps in the 90s we did use uber a couple times. Only minor gripe is in order to walk to the Dolphin Tiki restaurant you have to walk all the way around the whole marina building instead of being able to cut through. You could dingy over to but with storms passing thru just as inconvienent. NAVIGATION TIPS. While charts are very vague in Factory Bay, it is actually very safe with a sailboat. We hugged the reds going thru the pass and then between the docks and the greens in Factory Bay and never saw depths less than 11' mid tide. BUT STAY IN THE CHANNEL!!!!! Even our dingy motor would bottom out cutting over to Keewaydin Island just out of the Big Marco Pass. Would stay again especially if ac is needed.
