The staff was great and the location in Brooklyn is wonderful. The immediate local area has much to offer within walking distance, and public transportation to all of NYC is nearby.
The floating docks are well-maintained and the breakwater that has been put in place mitigates but does not eliminate the rolling from the currents and traffic of the East River. However, it was much easier to enter the marina from the river and the water was much smoother than when we stayed in 2018. The only real drawback is that there is only one shower and a couple restrooms available within the main office facility. There are no laundry facilities on site.
