New management is horrible. Poor communication and follow through.
Damaged my boat last season and fought to not take responsibility. Finally performed a poor repair of the railing.
My custom canvas cover that they removed has 5 holes that I didn't find until covering this year.
The boat was filthy when I picked it up and finally got it out of there.
