One of our favorite stops on Lake Michigan. Small marina but had great docks, showers, and bathrooms. It is right on the lake but well protected from wind/waves and has an easy entry/exit. We are not a fan of the State of Michigan reservation system--its clunky and hard to navigate, so we chose to call to reserve a slip. We had no idea the marina often gets booked up far in advance. We were lucky as we were just a few days after the season’s rush but have heard other’s haven’t been as lucky and had to be turned away. Beautiful, quaint town with a great beach to watch the sunset. We biked to Sleeping Bear Dunes which was beautiful.
