I wish I could leave zero stars. The manager Steve is awful! He lies about amenities, then takes your reservation and most of all your money. Upon arrival I found the docks to be small and unsafe. The channel is so small, a boat can barely fit and the amenities presented are either far less than presented or do not exist. You are essentially renting a dock slip behind condo but get none of the condo amenities. The parking is "not guaranteed," there are no trash cans on property, zero security and no bathrooms or any amenities other than electric and water. The "marina" is filled with rental boats and some of the boats look abandoned. I learned from another boater that the "marina" is filled mostly with rental boats and brokerage boats for sale. Of the few people that are at the marina, they all admitted that they are only there because they needed a place that would allow rental boats, charters and brokerage boats. The "marina" is filled with people that do not own boats every day. With no security, the boats are vulnerable to strangers boarding and with the charters, according to multiple people, there are frequently accidents from inexperienced rental boat operators. Do not take my word, just read the other replies on this site. On their Facebook page, Steve is one of the positive reviewers! Steve or whomever responds here, responds to constructive criticism with rude, condescending remarks. The manager threatened me and was verbally abusive. Absolutely avoid this scam artist and this "marina!"
