Ted Yates was superb , sincerely it has been a while since we receive this type of first class service. Not even at the Ritz Carlton Hotels we have received this awesome service that Mr Ted provided to us. From our initial contact with him he was always on top of everything regarding our reservations and accommodations. And even during our departure day he was there early morning looking up after us. He is the true man when it comes to be be a true dock master. We will most definitely refer the perry hotel and marina to our friends and will most definitely comeback very soon.
