This past August, I had authorized nearly 4K worth of engine/bilge service. Some of the work quality was decent (hence the 2 stars). However, two notable issues: while performing a “clean out bilge” service, they somehow damaged my auto bilge rendering the pump inoperable. The other was for a specific repair (seacock leak) that was paid for in full but never completed, ~$150. After twice asking two different staff employees to address these two issues…crickets. Two stars, in my view, for lack of followup and job completion.
