Very nice people at the marina office, but the place is in poor shape....The marina boathouses are open to all, not air conditioned and in terrible shape. It was our third marina that week in the Abacos and none of the others were such disrepair. It is a shame because it could be such a nice property. Looks like all improvements stopped in about 1990...
