On our first dockage at Salty Sam's could not have been better! From the crew that helped me into my slip to the fantastic customer service people in the office, all employees were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
We had an over-heating issue on our trip down from South Gulf Cove, FL which I discussed with the Service Manager, Dustin. So while we were out visiting our relatives in Naples, Dustin had his awesome crew come get our boat from the slip, brought it over to the service dept., pulled it out of the water, replaced both I/O units impeller and casings, adjusted the throttle linkages, put the boat back in the water, tested for over-heating, and put the boat back in our slip, so when we arrived back at Salty Sam's that afternoon ...it was ready to go.
Dustin also checked out several other maintenance items for us to address after our trip home. We had dinner at the fantastic Parrot Key Caribbean Grill, and as elsewhere at this full service marina, service was top notch! We took off the next morning and were super impressed with the FAST service we had received, and how well the boat ran.
We wanted to thank all the staff and in particular Dustin for making our trip to Salty Sam's so GREAT!
