purchased a 2014. 20 foot legend transporter here.60 bigfoot motor and trailer .negotiated safety equipment to be included with purchase price of 27000.00 owner Gord Hincks told my wife and i that if stopped by the police to tell them its a 19.5 foot,this way he didn;t have to supply fire extinguisher or flares.as it was a brand new boat we only had temporary vessel permit and when we did indeed get checked the police officer showed me it was indeed stated as 6.3m=20.8ft.luckily just got a warning went back to Gord where he decided not to acknowledge any of this ,thanked me for future reference and sent me on my way.very poor customer service.on a totally unrelated incident i purchased a used steering cable and helm for 388.90 plus tax.I was quite surprised to find a new kit consisting of these items in their catalogue a few weeks later for 308.00plus tax.I went to see Gord {owner}and showed both my receipt and the catalogue to which he stated must be a typo and that was that.I will not be returning to Hunters bay marine again and i would strongly recommend going elsewhere for purchase of new boat
