Frank, the owner, is friendly and terrific; bath/showers were clean, spacious, and felt new; short walk to Cap Cove. We ride-shared to other places, not much else in walking distance. Surrounding area is industrial, location is up the river without much breeze but very calm water and quiet. Breakfast spot next door closed weekends.
