Mystic River Marina

My state at Mystic River Marina was absolutely a 10 because they’re very accommodating with their ship store. You have Kitchen Little restaurant on the property and they’re ready and Will help you with any issues you may have with your boat

Great marina… excellent mechanics and management

Not floating docks, just pilings. I was put in a dock without a ladder, so I had to pull a rope to get the view close, climb out between the foredeck and the bow rail, and pull myself up onto the dock. In a driving rainstorm. They assured me that there was plenty of room to maneuver, but in order to exit, I had to have a friend pull me backwards within a for of the boat opposite and use my view thruster to swing the front end around, which was within 18" of another boats windlass. Nice people though.

Top notch marina, all the amenities you need, and is in great shape. Very friendly staff, can-do attitude. Highly recommend staying here.

Not the best location for larger sailboats, especially with dinghies on davits. Docks are fixed and if you put in bow first there can be a significant height difference between the dock and your boat. Not dog friendly. Many signs posted about no dogs and nothing to indicate where we could go to let our dog relieve himself. Wifi was open (no password required) but access point was full so we could not use it. Dock hand was friendly and helpful but we're unlikely to stay here again.

Beautiful marina. Staff was cordial and courteous. Went with a large group of boats and a few of us had problems on the way but persevered and when we arrived we were greeted with smiles. Dock hands were very attentive. They let us use the Facilities as if we were permanent residents. Very classy. Great views all day and night. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back next year. Oh yeah, Kitchen Little is off the charts good and super friendly staff. Thank you for a great experience.

Our boating club visits this marina yearly for our club rendezvous. The dockmaster and entire marina staff have always been helpful and friendly. The marina is close to town to dinghy in or take your bike. The facilities are spotless. The marina deck for BBQ and social gatherings is perfectly located and the staff has always helped with our rendezvous set up. I have been boating and travelling the northeast for over 35 years and I always look forward to our stay at Mystic Marina. Summary: Great Location, Great People, Great Memories!

Very nice facility, excellent staff and the Kitchen Little restaurant is a must for breakfast or lunch. The only downside was the fixed docks. We have low feeeboard and needed a ladder (which our slip didn't have) to climb on the dock at low tide. We improvised.

Good Marina. Staff very helpful and courteous. Small laundromat (2ea w&d). Ships store not big, but a good variety of basic needs in electrical parts and charts. An easy dinghy ride to downtown shops and restaurants as well as to Mystic Seaport.

Great stay. We were the only sailboat, but they treated us very well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good. They do have fuel, laundry and clean hot showers. The pool is well maintained and a good ship store as well. The onsite restaurant Kitchen Little serves great breakfasts and lunch. It is about a 1 1/2 mile walk into town and we were unable to get an Uber. But a great stay.

After a few years keeping Mystic as my Home port for my 38 Carver, I decided to make Mystic River Marina my new home port. Lauren, has been wonderful through these years and finally a spot opened up for me to move to Mystic River Marina. Very Clean, Very organized and quick full service service department. We owned The Poverty Island and docked it at Mystic River Marina from 1980 to 1997 when we finally sold the boat. The best of memories were made here. Great friends that will never be forgotten. Beautiful views of the Mystic River. Accommodating slips with all of the amenities. Well kept grounds and clean facilities. Fantastic staff. We dearly miss the marina however we plan to make a return someday with another boat and create more awesome memories.

Wonderful scenic spot! Be sure to have Breakfast at the Kitchen Little on property. Best of the small marinas and quaint towns. Also grab a pizza at Mystic Pizza in downtown. Famous for pizza and Julia Roberts first movie before she hit it big !

Everything was spotlessly clean and Greg was wonderful on the dock. He was super helpful and welcoming. Only downside for our boat was the fixed docks. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Mystic River Marina. Helpful staff at a well cared for property. Very nice shower rooms.

We did have a great stay and appreciate the accommodations. I want to thank, Ryan the Dockmaster who did a great job support us during a very busy weekend. Ryan did an excellent job getting us in and out and help with some miscellaneous support on the dock and with our dinghy deployment. Wish him the best and hope to see you guys next season..... All the best Hull Yeah!!!

Nice facility, clean restrooms. Beautiful location on the Mystic River. Really enjoy the gas fire pit and seating area. A bit far from downtown if you’re dinking but the pool and on-site Kitchen Little are worth it.

The slip assigned to our 36’ sailboat was very narrow. It took three tries to back in with our dinghy on davits at the stern. I asked three times if there was another slip or dock that would be safer for us. I was refused each time. The next morning, I observed multiple open slips and dock faces that would have been easy for us to tie up. We will not be coming here again.

Friendly and willing to work with us for an urgent slip need to avoid the hurricane. Facilities clean. People friendly and mostly slip owners. Easy dinghy ride into town, but a bit of a walk.

Nice marina with very helpful dock hands. Marina is well maintained. Only thing we didn’t care for is really out of their control…such a busy waterway and more often than not, passing boats do not follow a no wake zone which can make it a little annoying.

similar experience to last year. Wonderful facilities and very friendly staff AND neighbors. We had a little trouble coming in our first time and two staff members ran to our aid. Great tips and comraderie from our neighbor. We'll be back.

Beautifully kept marina with a lovely, family friendly pool and fabulous breakfast restaurant, Kitchen Little. The staff was very helpful, especially Josh who was GREAT! We had trouble with our Honda outboard motor (it had gotten swamped after a clip on out davits broke) and even though the marina dealership said they were overloaded with work, Josh explained what needed to be done so well that our motor was working again in no time! He even checked back to be sure we were ok. A rare find. Thanks so much!

We called on a Friday morning to reserve a transient slip for that evening. We appreciated that they accommodated us and found room for our boat. Once we got there we were disappointed with the lack of service and communication. When we called on the radio as we approached they gave us our slip assignment. However, they never provided us a map of the marina and it was difficult to find our slip. There was no dock hand to greet us and help us tie up so my husband was all on his own while I watched our small kids. We never received any email instructions about how to access the wifi, restrooms or pool. We never figured out the WiFi and we had to hunt down someone who worked there to finally get access to a card to allow us to use the facilities. I called the office Friday evening to voice my concerns and as of Sunday I still have not received a return phone call. We will not return.

Lovely quiet spot close dinghy run into Mystic. Only improvements would be floating wharf and better WiFi. Overall a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with a beautiful marina breakfast at the kitchen little amazing and A very easy Uber into town it was nice to see the town buzzing with people

We had 7 boaters in our group. Everyone at Mystic River Marina was friendly and accommodating. Fuel service, marine shop, pool and Kitchen Little for great breakfast.

Friendly staff, great amenities, wonderful breakfast and lunch restaurant with awesome food and service. Pool of s clean, bathrooms large and well kept, and close to Mystic attractions by tender, bike OR Uber. Will definitely come back!

We try to come to this marina every year. It started as maybe a two day stay, but now has grown to a week. The stag at mystic River Marina is attentive to your needs, hospitable, and just plain friendly. Two years ago my stuffing boxes started leaking. They hauled my boat ams repaired her in the slums in one long afternoon. 90 degrees outside and my only complaint was my chaise lounge wasn't near enough to the pool. Love this place. Can't wait to get back next year. Oh and the food at Kitchen Little is top notch.

Mystic River Marina has been our yacht clubs go to marina for the annual rendezvous many years. We like the close proximity (dinghy ride) to Mystic with its restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and very accommodating with the needs of a large group.

Great stay, great people, awesome service. A short dink ride to town. No bridges to worry about. Nice pool. And a great "little" restaurant on premises for lunch and breakfast.

It was great. A little hard to find the section and slip but eventually, we found our way to the "G" section. This survey is a little bit confusing to use too.

The good: friendly people, well stocked marine store and excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. Needs work: Marina is understaffed. No one answered VHF on arrival. The only dock staff was busy at the fuel dock. WiFi was weak to non-existent. I can tie up my own boat but no wifi is inexcusable. Docks are fixed and getting rough. Spent an hour after departure pulling splinters out of stock lines. Bring your chafe gear.

bathroom could stand to be cleaned more often

It was great to be met by two personable marina employees. We didn't need to ask any questions. They gave us all the info we needed and a quick tour of the facilities. Also the transient dock was in great condition. We will definitely return next year.

Docks fine but fixed, dock help fine, restaurant very good,overall good place to stay. Improvements- gas for the grills, lighting on the docks.

Great facility with clean rest rooms and convenient outdoor grills and picnic tables. Pool was a big hit with grand kids. Only negative was wait time for taxicabs to get into town. We switched to Uber with good results.
