Is this supposed to be a review of the marina for the 2026 season? What, you can't find a suitable program?
The thing that makes Sunset Harbor a 5 star experience is the staff, pure and simple. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I return there year after year because of the excellent customer service I get.
I've heard a lot of buzz from the new owners but, after a full season, I haven't seen any action. There are a lot of maintenance issues that have not been addressed, much less improvements.
So my rating is: Staff 5 stars, Other 2.5 stars.
