I made a reservation here because I’m having some diesel engine issues on the Bay. Mark (Dockmaster) and the entire staff are incredibly helpful, beginning with offering me an easy slip since I’m on a single engine and have limited maneuverability.
The marina communicates extremely well, asking all the right questions and reacting accordingly.
The facilities are excellent. Lot of construction happening right now to make the physical plant even better, but I expect that will all be done by the end of May in time for busy season.
Dockwa should consider adding a sixth star for us to highlight exceptional service. Bay Bridge Marina deserves 6 stars.
