Arrived at 3:00pm and found out from a local slip holder that the marina staff leaves at 2:00pm. I received no advance notification of a transient slip assignment and had to find an open T-head to tie up to while trying to reach anyone through Dockwa who could tell me were we could dock and connect to shore power. I finally received an email response to my inquiry a half hour later to be told my assigned slip was a T-head where another vessel was tied up. The T-head was too short for both vessels requiring my bow to intrude into a fairway. I had to email again and request a phone call from the dockmaster in order to request moving. It would have been much better customer service to have received advance info and a proactive call rather than having to ask for one and wait another 30 minutes for a reply. Disappointed in Dockwa and Hinckley Bay Bridge Marina.
