Pros: quiet, protected, deep for keelboats, great support from harbor master, friendly dock neighbors and yacht club activities, easy auto access and parking, short drive to department stores, restrooms/showers/laundry, restaurant/bar at Westpoint - Hurrica, reasonable slip rates.
Cons: around 20 mins to motor to bay, same to motor to fuel dock at Westpoint, no nearby boatyard, messy birds, need to clean hull regularly, narrow cement docks.
Every harbor has its pros and cons but overall a very good experience.
