Rented a space for the summer. No prorata pricing for half the summer. Docks are beautiful but the harbor collects a lot of debris that never gets removes making navigation out of the harbor a chore. Logs and debris surrounded my boat most of the time. Ducks pooped on all the docks and cleaning was periodic. Nice location.
