I gave the place 3 stars because it is a safe haven where there are no other places in the area to dock. There are many great places to go in the area so the location is awesome. The marina is under development and the only sevices are a portable trailer that smells really bad. The price they charge to dock is in keeping with full service marinas so my 3 star review is because they should wait until it is finished before charging top dollar.
