I can not say enough about James, the employee answering the phone and assisting boats. There was an issue with Canal lock 7 for a few days including the day we were supposed to be bringing our boat through the lock. I had sent a message through Dockwa and he not only replied to the message quickly, but took time to call me to give me updates on the status of the lock. When we did arrive, he quickly jumped over to help us dock. He was personable, polite and helpful. Great to see such great service!!
