We were without an anchor (they installed a new windlass) a dinghy (cradle they installed failed) and had a bad cutlass bearing - due to services provided at Front Street Shipyard. These are life-safety issue that left us hostage at their dock for 3 weeks, then the A team took over and we were underway in 3 days. They have an A team and a not quite B team, guess which team did the majority of our work. Last year we spent 1 day at a dock for fuel, this year we missed the annual Nova Scotia trip with the Nordhavn group due to their negligence.
If your not there every day to verify the job, your more likely going to be chasing leaks, repairing odd items like direction pads for a windlass or replacing small parts that are misplaced or damaged. They left 3 batteries connected over winter.
Of course after we paid the full price they only seemed to charge 1/2 price for repairing this fiasco. Considering each window caulked took them 2 hours and the ones I did of the same size only took me 1 hour each... that breaks down to paying a f#@k ton of money.
