London Bridge Resort Marina

Very convenient location and the slips are in great condition!

Very disappointing experience. We arrived Friday night only to find out they could not accommodate our boat due to its size, despite our reservation being confirmed. The security guards who were working that evening were very nice and genuinely tried to help us, but unfortunately there wasn’t much they could do since there simply wasn’t a slip available that could accommodate our boat. My frustration is with the fact that the reservation was accepted and confirmed in the first place. If the marina does not offer slips for a boat of our size, we never should have been able to make the reservation. We were left scrambling to find somewhere else after arriving, and when I requested a refund because they could not provide the slip we reserved, they refused. I understand that mistakes happen, but refusing to refund a reservation for something they were unable to provide was extremely disappointing and handled poorly.

Never checked in or used the Marina for docking my boat, booked it in error, thinking it was another marina called Stonebridge,

Great experience. Plenty of open docks and it was nice that security was over to us as soon as we pulled in to make sure we had our permit. My only suggestion is to give those security guys some sort of misters around their canopies, it’s so hot and they can’t dip into the water.

Very convenient except for a wide pontoon boat the width of most of the sites was pretty tight.

Everything was as expected. A little pricey for over night non-assigned slips. Many of the slips were filled with lake grass as well, use caution.
