Would give zero stars if available. We keep our 21 foot Grady White in dry storage over the summer each year and have annual engine work done here, over $1000. On picking up the boat this year, the engine power tilt trim, working fine upon storage, was dead as we found out on the way home. The mechanic, John, refused to acknowledge and told us to get a tow back to the marina, although we were just a 15 minute car ride away.
The boat had been improperly stored and ruined the power tilt trim and this cost $1200 to repair.
He was nasty and arrogant. After years of storing the boat and tens of thousands of dollars, one might have expected a bit more.
