One of the nicest marinas I have seen. The crew could not have been more helpful.

Best marina in Palm Beach. Dock hands always ready and staff is most helpful. This is one of the best Safe Harbor locations.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. They are very dog friendly. We enjoyed Belle's restaurant, coffee in the morning at the lounge, and the facilities were spotless. All above average. We will definitely go again.

We have stayed at Old Port Cove many times over the years. It has always been a great place. We wondered how it might change under the Safe Harbor banner; well, it did change, and it is even better. The facility is first rate: great docks, easy fueling, at-the-slip pump out. Excellent laundry, captain's lounge, bath facilities, exercise room, etc. But the best feature is the absolutely superb staff: Suzy and Kim in the front office are the epitome of customer service. Joe, the very experienced dockmaster, is equally excellent, as are his entire staff. Transient slips are always difficult to find on the east coast of Florida, but they will always do their best to accommodate you. Old Port Cove is simply the best. We have no interest in the business - just a very satisfied customer.

This marina was a highlight of my trip and is easily one of the best, most professional, nicest marinas I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived after hours but Suzie had left her cell for me to call while coming in. When I called her, I could tell she was at dinner but she didn’t bat an eye, she very patiently helped us get into the marina safe and sound, no sweat! The staff were professional and polite and catered to our every need. I’d make this my home dock if I had to!

Old Port Marina is an excellent place to stay. Like most marinas in Palm Beach it is very expensive. The up side is the clean marina, nice staff, walking distance to groceries, West Marine, UPS store, enterprise car rental, and restaurants. The restaurant on site is also quite good. There is also a well equipped work out room on site. If you are going to pay out this much money for a slip this is a good place to stay.

We are a cat and have had issues finding a marina that could accommodate us. Called and Nick was very accommodating and got us a great slip. Beautiful facility, well kept and immaculate. Every staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly as well!

Very nice marina! Very clean, nice floating docks, extremely friendly staff. The facilities are great, we had complementary lattes every morning, and Belle’s restaurant is fun. The marina is dog friendly with a big grassy area adjacent for walking your tailwaggers. Peanut Island is a dinghy ride away for enjoying the beach & an ocean swim. We will definitely return to this marina!! 👍

Was assigned a spot in the North Basin, which is primarily for large yachts and sportfishers, due to my large beam (catamaran). The marina facilities were excellent, and the staff was top-notch! The facilities are all in the South Basin, though; the marina will transport you in a golf cart if you request. Would definitely stay here again, and would be even better if I could get a spot in the South Basin!

Great place for transit dockage

We are a Safe Harbor members and Old Port Cove is the greatest experiences we have had, from the help getting the boat in the slip and hooked up to the complementary bottle of wine we were blown away with the service. The captains lounge is on par with a 5 star resort! The activities even include a cooking class. We will definitely be back.

Safe Harbour Old Port Cove is a very classy first class marina. You notice it especially upon your return from the Bahamas! They have floating docks which allows you in our case to be able to just step on your swim platform. Tides are not a problem here. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great stay. Easy in easy out. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Deckhands were very good and efficient. We didn’t have to touch a line, or hook up power or water. They took care of it. Only negative was that there wasn’t a lot of grass so it wasn’t a great place to walk our dog.

fantastic marina and fantastic crew. docks are the nicest i've ever seen. in slip pump out, outstanding and easy to access fuel dock. Erin at Belle's made it a great dinner out. don't change anything.

Top accommodations and first class service.

SH Old Port Cove is a gem! The marina & facilities are will thought out and kept spotless. The staff could not have been nicer, and the resturant (Belles) was fantastic. We're sorry we missed the live music but we'll be back! Great job!

Very pleasant overnight stay at Old Port Cove. Dock hands provided excellent assistance in getting us docked with some wind. The floating docks are wide and in excellent condition. The fairways were generous to allow for easier maneuverability.

The facilities such as cruiser’s lounge, fitness center were very nice and staff were helpful and friendly! Great walking area and some shops and West Marine in walking distance.

Very nice welcome by knowledgeable dockhand and funny and helpful office manager. We only stayed one night. The place is clean, well kept and the restaurant food (Belles) was excellent.

We just wanted to add our voices to the very positive reviews for Safe Harbor Old Port Cove. We were coming down the ICW and weather was coming with 25-35 knots of wind. We had a light anchor and were worried that we would drag. I called on the phone (it was answered immediately, unlike many other marinas) because we have had very positive experiences at other Safe Harbors. We explained our issues with the weather and anchor and they squeezed us in despite the busy dates/high season (it was also at the very end of the business day). What a relief!!! We called on the radio and was given explicit instructions for approach and was told that there would definitely be someone at the docks to help us tie up - the wind was now starting to really blow. Entering this marina with the staff waiting truly made us feel like we were entering a "safe harbor"! The docks are unique in that there are adjustable cleats - within minutes they were moved to accommodate our catamaran and, just as fast, our power was on and water was close. When we walked to check in, Suzy was so welcoming and helpful, supplying us with information about the marina and area, and then we were lucky enough to be gifted with a lovely bottle of wine. She went above and beyond to help us out. The marina is very well maintained with very nice, clean showers and bathrooms, and we were on floating docks. We looked at the facilities and they are exceptional: a gym with a great selection of equipment, a lounge with a pool table and seating/relaxing area, and also a nice restaurant on the premises. The property is in a gated community so security is not an issue. There are several high rise apartment buildings around but we saw that as a bonus - more wind blocking - they did not interfere with the lovely view. It was a short walk (~ 10 minutes) to a Publix and West Marine, as well as restaurants. We were also the same short walk away from an Enterprise car rental facility. We rented a car for 24 hours and did provisioning and many errands in preparation for crossing to the Bahamas. This marina is likely one of the nicest and well-managed we have been at. We want to add a very special thank-you to Suzy who squeezed us in during the heavy weather.

First class yacht club easy walk to stores and restaurants. Staff very helpful

By far the cleanest, most professional, with the most amenities of any marina we've seen. The deck hand took us to the office to show us the layout, but the gym, laundry, restaurant and bathrooms are close by (all 24 hour except the restaurant). We asked for a shuttle to and from the grocery store. Don't be concerned if a yacht nearby has a party going on after dark. All revelers strictly obey the 9pm quiet curfew. Oh, and the deck hand asked us if we prefer red or white before presenting us with a welcome bottle along with our key to all the aforementioned services.

The Staff, facilities, restaurant, and boat owners make Old Port Cove one of the best marinas I've stayed at. The management and incredible staff ensured the conditions were set for us to enjoy our time even when they were closed for the holidays. Incredibly professional and friendly.

Nice facility and great staff

As always it was a great stay. Only reason for four stars is we had no shore power. Luckily we have a large solar bank and had no problems till morning

Nick and Suzy were AMAZING. From the time we were making reservations we were treated like royalty! They quickly gave us directions to our dock and Adam was already there to help us tie up with all kinds of great local information in a folder and A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF WINE!!! We have never received this treatment at any marina. Their facilities are modern and gorgeous, with a top notch gym and a BEAURIFUL crew lounge with its very own pool table. They have a great restaurant by the docks.. and all the floating docks look brand new. Old Port Cove and Safe Harbor Marinas are a class act.. all their permanent slips are taken but we loved it so much that we got ourselves on their waiting list - we would LOVE to call this gem if a marina our new home!!

From our first communication with Old Port Cove right up to our leaving everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Suzy Chadderdon in the front office went above and beyond--she is exceptional, and she and Kip (on the docks) are real assets to the marina.

Excellent stay. Very nice marina with excellent facilities. Made reservation via Dockwa with no issues. Nick, the deckhand who assisted us was superb … from fueling us up, to guiding us into our slip, to taking our trash, and checking us in. If we ever have the opportunity again, we will be back.

Love Adam and Susie! Very personable and helpful. Adam came out to greet us and took great care of us until we were settled. Susie handled the office and was super accommodating! The club where the pool was wasn't so friendly. They let us in and within 20 minutes kicked us out, said pool was for swim lessons. We didn't know the pool hours, the same girl never said a word and she knew we were from the marina. She waited until we bought food and drinks then anxiously kicked us out. We were off to the side not hurting a thing. The hours need to be displayed at the marina and the entrance to club pool. We spent good Uber money to get there and back. Very disappointed! Everything else was perfect!

As all Safe Harbor marinas I've stayed cat lately, it was a little pricey, but a very good Marina. Restrooms, showers and laundry are top notch. Fitness also very nice. Floating docks all in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at old Port Cove for three years in a row now. We stop there to provision on our way self and then again on our way north. Facilities are clean everyone is very helpful and professional.

Extremely nice place with very friendly and helpful staff. Our boat was 1/3 the size of most vessels there, but staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and treated us like the big boys. Convenient to golf and supplies will try to stay here every time we pass by.

Great facility, easy to get into, dock master answered radio and gave good direction to the slip. Help was waiting at the slip to back into slip. Water and electric were easily accessible. We then checked in with a very friendly attentive lady I think Sally she gave us an informative packet and a bottle of wine ! And a very useful tip to get to the restaurant early to get a seat as it was sold out do to Wednesday live music. Easy Uber ride to downtown and the boat show. Great facilities. We were only there for one night, we got in after hours so we didn’t have any help with dock lines.. we specifically asked for clarification if it would be a port or starboard tie down. They gave us incorrect info. Maybe a communication error or the person on the phone doesn’t really know their dock as well as they could. Restaurant was good and service was great. Very well kept facility. Will keep it on our list of places for next year. And stay longer to take advantage of the great amenities

The dock hands and the folks at the check in desk are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They always make it at pleasure staying there. Only complaint I have is the filet Migon was discontinued on the restaurant menu. I always s enjoyed it.

Unfortunately there’s only a 5 star option for Old Port Cove. Everything here is 1st class. Everyone was extremely friendly, and even had time to meet many of the local boaters. The facilities are top notch, and the scenery is amazing.

A wonderful place. Everyone was extremely helpful, particularly Mark and Suzy in the office. The bathrooms and laundry were being remodeled so the office handled sending my laundry out, free of charge. It was most helpful since we were busy provisioning and selling and buying a dinghy. We love this marina. It is in a private community so there are no gates on each dock. The staff is awesome and attentive. My wife often spends weeks at a time alone on our boat and she feels super safe and comfortable. Floating docks are a big plus and an pristine BBQ is a real asset.

Very high end, brand new facility with floating docks, and helpful staff. Squeezed us in despite the busy dates. Very nice restaurant/bar on site with a short walk (10 minutest) to the local (offsite) commercial district that includes restaurants, publix, west marine, and other shops. Very safe and protected area.

We love OPC and all the folks there. Everyone goes out of their way to offer help, whether at the fuel dock, on the VHF, or giving a hand with lines coming and going. Easy in and out. Well organized. Hail once and they respond. Had my slip assigned 4 hours before I arrived. Dock hands know what they’re doing. Pleasant surroundings and everything you could want within walking distance—restaurants, West Marine and Publix!

Really nice place to stay. Very efficient reservation with Dockwa, good communication both before and after our stay. Staff was nice, efficient, and knew what they were doing. Sad that this is unusual for a Marina these days, but good to have one that works. And believe it or not, when you call - they answer the phone.

I would think twice before bringing my large yacht back there. Customer service is under par. Dock staff are wonderful, but do not ask the office for anything, otherwise you will undergo the wrath of grouchy McGrouchy lady.

Very clean, pretty-well-protected marina. Very helpful staff. Floating docks with movable cleats, diesel (not gasoline), pump out in slips, good restaurant (but closed for Covid-19 as of this writing). We came up for a just couple of nights from Palm Beach, only a few miles away, but marina is close to AICW, for those in transit.

Awesome! I must say probably the most helpful, friendliest, most accommodating marina we have visited. The restrooms were immaculate, as was the laundry and captain's lounge. Belle's is a nice bar and grill on the premise. The dock hands bent over backward to assist us. Most importantly, a special shoutout to Suzy to made sure we had a place to moore during some heavy weather. I hope you are lucky enough to stay at the fabulous marina!

Arguably one of the nicest, most convenient marinas in Florida. Sorry to say, that since ownership change to Safe Harbor, friendliness has disappeared. We called directly for reservations inquiry. Told to book on Dockwa, which takes 24 hrs to confirm space. Rates are highest in the area. We made reservations, called in on VHF upon approach, no answer, no dock help. Seems that the emphasis has gone to long term, mega and super yacht business. Courtesy van discontinued and convenience store closed for bigger marina offices
