Our stay at San Juan Bay Marina was awful. We were unable to communicate with the marina prior to arriving as the phone was busy or not answered after multi attempts. There were major issues with docking because the slip was not set-up for sailboats, but for super yachts. As a result we could not hook up to power, the WIFI at the marina was not strong enough to reach us where were were docked and the only restroom that was unlocked had a clogged toilet and was filthy. There was no soap in the dispenser to even use to wash hands. This experience was totally unacceptable.
