Pros: clean and well run. Clean water source, reliable power, new docks, smart weeding and an excellent fuel dock and pump out next door make this great.
Cons: Trenton itself is a sketchy town (particularly near the mari a). Vagrancy, drug use visible. They have problems. Few good restaurants. I would not walk here at night.
