Employees were very helpful. The floating docks were in great shape. Everything looked pretty new. The marina is right downtown. Within walking distance of USS Wisconsin, museums, and loads of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. My only critique is the bathrooms are a LONG walk away from most of the docks. (They were very nice and clean bathrooms though. Showers were clean, good pressure, hot water.) Great views in the marina, reasonable pricing.
