Glad to have Norfolk Waterside back in our destinations... the marina unfortunately did not get touched by the renovation magic. The docks are showing their age and wear, and WiFi is non-existent (even though it is advertised and info given at check-in). John (dockmaster) and dock hands are friendly, but at these rates there should be full-service facilities. While the bath house facilities are new, they are missing basics like seating for changing, more than one head, hooks within reach of the showers, hot/cold water is reversed in the showers, and no washer/dryer.
