We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us in whatever we needed. We had 3 dock hands help us into our slip (1 of the 3 people was being trained, so I imagine they usually have a team of 2 dock hands helping boats), they delivered our packages to our boat and gave us useful suggestions on where to get groceries and other tasks done around town. We were also visiting during a conference weekend, so prior to arriving they advised us to stay outside of the marina until their dock hands were ready to assist us - much better waiting outside of the marina than having to keep the boat steady in the tight marina. We really appreciated their two steps ahead approach. The staff at Waterside Marina really went above and beyond our expectations!
