We are locals and have stayed at Waterside many times. James and staff are top notch, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Even when working solo on Sat morning the attendant brought us two 16 lb bags of ice all the way at the end! Always enjoy being able to walk to attractions and good restaurants closeby as well.
