James was great and even checked with us a few times enroute. He answered the radio as we neared the dock, guided us in and helped to secure our lines. The dock is a new floating dock with adjustable cleats. We had good power and minimal current. It is tight coming in and out. You are in the heart of downtown with lots of restaurants. Two blocks from the USS Wisconsin. See them again soon for the looper meeting.
