I just got a 37 ft formula and made my first overnight to this marina as I had really liked it many years ago. I dont know if they have changed management but I would not recommend it for its service. We asked to be met at the dock, they ask other guests to meet us,our power was to far and we needed an extention cord, we had to go back 2 times to get the right one, then we had reverse polarity, they sent down this very RUDE man who said we had the wrong type of extention cord, I told him it was from his Marina!
Then I had to listen to his lecture on power!
When we were departing I asked if we could get a help leaving as the boat next to us had a hanging digny which needed to be pulled over so we would not hit it. This same RUDE SEXIST man said " Who`s driving ?" I said I was and he replied " OMG", the woman in the office gasped at his remark, I then said that I would radio in 10 minutes when we were ready to leave, the same RUDE SEXIST man said " Do you even know how to use a radio!!!!" I have been boating for 50 years! I have my power squadron and radio operators license, I have a new 37PC Formula and my last boat was a 27 ft Rinker, and Yes I am a woman, to have this employee speak to me like that is totally disgusting, he should be cleaning toilets at this marina instead of being in the office dealing with the public.
I would never recommend this marina to anyone that expects to be treated like a paying customer should.
