Super easy docking, staff extremely nice and helpful. Only reason I did not get 5 stars is the slip we docked in had a very unstable dock. It was fine to tie up to, but there seemed to be at least 1 floater missing and it was very unstable standing at the end. It was especially noticeable when unloading/loading things from/to boat.
