We paid a premium to stay overnight at Claudio’s Marina, expecting a full-service experience. Instead, we were abruptly moved off the property with no shore power, no access to bathrooms, and zero communication from management.
To make matters worse, management refused to speak with us directly. They sent the young dockhands to deliver the message—who were clearly uncomfortable and not in a position to handle the situation professionally.
For the amount of money we spent, we expected at least basic courtesy and the amenities we were promised. Sadly, we received neither. We won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend other boaters think twice before booking here.
